Overview
Art Education
The core of the Art Outreach Programme
is art education for the public. We provide monthly art appreciation
lessons to primary and secondary schools through our volunteer system.
Some of the schools participating in Art Outreach Programme are: Fuchun
Primary School, Methodist Girls' Primary School, Balestier Hill Primary
School, Kranji Secondary School and Anglo-Chinese School (Independent).
The content of each lesson is based on a portfolio
of artwork. These portfolios are rotated from lesson to lesson,
and encompass an unlimited array of art topics, genres and media. |

Teachers'
Training Programme In
line with Ministry of Education (MOE) syllabus, Art Outreach is responding
to requests by art teachers to offer art appreciation training for
teachers.
Our new Teacher's Training Programme
is designed to give teachers the skills and materials to lead the
in-class art appreciation component for their own students.
